How to define inner packs, master cases and pallet tiers so retailers order the way they actually buy.
Most wholesale price sheets describe the same product three ways: each, case and pallet. Retailers reorder in cases; distributors move pallets. If your catalog only knows about units, every order needs a phone call.
Define the inner pack (units per box), the master case (boxes per case) and the pallet (cases per layer times layers). Price each tier from a per-unit cost and a tier discount, and publish all three.
